The vomit comit is not simulating antigravity, you are simply falling due to your density being greater than the atmosphere. The diving aircraft around you gives you an illusion of floating.

When as a child you ask how do we not fall off the spinning earth we are shown how water stays inside a container that is spun by centrifugal force, this demonstration is completely irrelevant to this question as it is a different force altogether. Inasmuch gravity also has to overcome this strong force. As we are taught this is proof and that no alternatives exist we have no choice but to just accept it as reality or be on the outside of our group. If you spin a wet ball you will notice the water files off around the equator line in a spiral shape because of centrifugal force.
Diamagnetism is a property of all materials and with density and buoyancy fits our observations without any need of gravity.
